Softball Recap: East Forsyth Comes Up Short

Lambert hit East Forsyth with a six-run fourth inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Broncos took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Longhorns. The Broncos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

East Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lambert, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, East Forsyth will challenge North Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lambert, they will take on Cambridge at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
