Soccer Recap: Berkeley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Berkeley can now relate to. They fell just short of the San Ramon Valley Wolves by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Berkeley's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Berkeley's defeat dropped their record down to 16-6-2. As for San Ramon Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3-2.

Berkeley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for San Ramon Valley, they will square off against Ukiah at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
