Football Game Preview: Onaga Buffaloes vs. Centralia Panthers + How To Watch

Onaga hasn't had much luck against Centralia recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Buffaloes will challenge the Panthers at 6:00 p.m.

Onaga is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against McLouth on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Buffaloes lost 20-0 to the Bulldogs. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, the Buffaloes' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Centralia came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 14-7 win over the Cyclones.

Onaga's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Centralia, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.

Onaga was dealt a bruising 44-8 loss at the hands of Centralia when the teams last played back in September. Can the Buffaloes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
