Softball Recap: Madrid Comes Up Short

Madrid lost against Hudson back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 5-4.

Madrid's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Hudson, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Madrid didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 defeat against Newman Catholic on the 21st. As for Hudson, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-3 loss against Osage on the 21st.
