South Iron fell victim to Valle Catholic and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 6-0 to the Warriors. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

South Iron's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Valle Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-9 record this season.
