Baseball Recap: Cooper Comes Up Short

The Cooper Jaguars came up short against the Madeira Mustangs and Amazons on Wednesday and fell 7-2. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cooper's loss dropped their record down to 16-15. As for Madeira, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Cooper has already played their next contest, a 7-2 defeat against Conner on the 17th. As for Madeira, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-6 loss against Summit Country Day on the 15th.
