Soccer Recap: Madison Park Academy Takes a Loss

Madison Park Academy's game on Wednesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Oakland Wildcats, falling 5-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Friday.

Madison Park Academy dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Oakland, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Looking ahead, Madison Park Academy will head out on the road to face off against Life Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Madison Park Academy is facing Life Academy at the right time seeing as Life Academy is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. Oakland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
