Soccer Game Preview: Spalding vs. Mary Persons

The Spalding Jaguars will head out on the road to challenge the Mary Persons Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Spalding has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with four straight losses, while Mary Persons will come in with four straight wins.

Spalding is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against LaGrange on Thursday. Spalding lost 6-1 to LaGrange.

Meanwhile, Mary Persons kept a clean sheet against Sandy Creek on Friday. They came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Mary Persons' victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four contests. As for Spalding, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
