Carondelet came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Piedmont Highlanders onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won four games by three goals or more so far this season.

Carondelet pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for Piedmont, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1.

Carondelet will head out to challenge Monte Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Piedmont, they will welcome Berkeley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
