Softball Recap: Pebblebrook Comes Up Short

Pebblebrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 22-5 to the Therrell Panthers. On the bright side, the five- run effort marked the Falcons' highest-scoring contest to date.

Pebblebrook's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Therrell, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Pebblebrook will welcome South Cobb at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 9.4 runs per game this season. As for Therrell, they will head out on the road to challenge Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
