Immanuel extended their postseason success on Tuesday against East Union. They strolled past the East Union Lancers with points to spare, taking the game 66-48. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their 16th in a row.

Leading Immanuel to victory were Kiera Thomas and Ava Schletewitz. Thomas posted 21 points and three steals, while Schletewitz went 5-for-8 en route to 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Thomas' evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adelina 'Nana' Moreno, who scored eight points and five boards.

Immanuel smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in six consecutive matchups.

Immanuel pushed their record up to 28-5 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.8 points. As for East Union, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 23-8.

Coming up, Immanuel will host Chico at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chico is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50 points per game this season. East Union does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
