Decatur put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Chamblee with a sharp 10-3 victory. The result was nothing new for Decatur, who have now won five matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Decatur's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Chamblee, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Decatur will take on Lakeside at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chamblee, they will head out on the road to square off against Arabia Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
