The Green Mountain Rams will take on the Windsor Wizards in a tournament on Saturday. Green Mountain will be strutting in after a victory while Windsor will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Friday, Green Mountain got the win against Dakota Ridge by a conclusive 12-4. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by eight runs or more this season.
Jenna Neuenschwander made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. Neuenschwander was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Green Mountain got a massive performance out of Dalilah Camacho, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three hits gave Camacho a new career-high. Kara Johnson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and three runs.
Meanwhile, after a string of 19 wins, Windsor's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Holy Family. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Wizards' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Windsor saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Izzy Eisenmann, who went 1-for-3 with one double.
Green Mountain's record now sits at 13-10. As for Windsor, their loss dropped their record down to 21-2.
Saturday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Green Mountain has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .475. However, it's not like Windsor struggles in that department as they've averaged .459. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
