Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 16-3 to the Dublin Fighting Irish. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Fighting Irish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Tuesday.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Dublin, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will venture away from home to take on Taylor County at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dublin, they will face off against Dodge County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
