Alhambra came tearing into Saturday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 45-23 margin over the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Alhambra is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alhambra will head out to face off against Las Lomas at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Las Lomas is on a six-game streak of home wins, Alhambra a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they will head out on the road to take on Athenian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
