Baseball Recap: Terrell Academy Falls Short of Piedmont Academy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Terrell Academy can now relate to. They lost 15-0 to the Piedmont Academy Cougars on Friday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2019.

This is the second loss in a row for Terrell Academy and nudges their season record down to 10-13. As for Piedmont Academy, their record is now 13-11.

While Terrell Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
