Volleyball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Cascade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Central Magnet. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Central Magnet this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 5th.

While Cascade was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Central Magnet's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-21.

Cascade's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Central Magnet, they pushed their record up to 16-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cascade is set to face off against their familiar foe Community at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Central Magnet will challenge rival Battle Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
