Basketball Recap: Neuqua Valley's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Neuqua Valley was riding high fresh off their 77-56 takedown of Oswego on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats fell 74-65 to the Oswego East Wolves on Friday. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Having lost for the first time this season, Neuqua Valley fell to 2-1. As for Oswego East, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Neuqua Valley will head out to challenge Lake Forest at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oswego East, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Plainfield East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
