Soccer Recap: Fremont Christian Comes Up Short

Fremont Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 6-2 to the Redwood Christian Eagles. The contest was a close 3-2 at the break, but unfortunately for Fremont Christian it sure didn't stay that way.

Butters Huynh and Cedrick Saktounn scored both of Fremont Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Fremont Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Redwood Christian, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Looking ahead, Fremont Christian will face off against Quarry Lane at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Quarry Lane will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Fremont Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Redwood Christian, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Brave Christian at 5:00 p.m.
