Soccer Recap: Lemoore Comes Up Short

Lemoore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Dinuba Emperors.

Lemoore's loss dropped their record down to 1-13-3. As for Dinuba, they now have a winning record of 10-9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lemoore will face off against Tulare Western at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tulare Western is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season. As for Dinuba, they will challenge Tulare Union at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dinuba's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
