It's playoff time, and Elk Point-Jefferson had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Sioux Valley Cossacks, posting a 49-14 win. The Huskies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Although Sioux Valley took the loss, they still got scores from Braden Danzeisen and Wyatt Hardt.

Elk Point-Jefferson's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.2 points on average over those games. As for Sioux Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Elk Point-Jefferson will be playing at home against Deuel on Friday. Sioux Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
