Soccer Recap: Waterloo East Takes a Loss

Waterloo East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Roosevelt Roughriders. While losing is never fun, Waterloo East can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 175th, while Roosevelt are ranked fourth).

Waterloo East's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Roosevelt, they pushed their record up to 7-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Waterloo East will face off against Charles City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Roosevelt has already played their next contest (against Dunkerton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
