After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Potomac, Robinson was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the West Springfield Spartans with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-22, 25-23.

Zach Talbot and Quinn Parke certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Talbot had 16 digs, while Parke had ten kills and three digs. Parke is crushing it when it comes to kills: he's had at least nine every time he's taken the court this season.

Robinson's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for West Springfield, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 10-5.

Robinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against South County on the 9th. As for West Springfield, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Woodson on the 9th.
