Soccer Game Preview: Sonora vs. Esperanza + How To Watch

The Sonora Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Esperanza Aztecs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sonora's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Sonora is headed into Tuesday's matchup following a draw, the team's first since December 13. They and Yorba Linda finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Esperanza hasn't lost a match since December 2, 2025, a trend which continued in their latest game on Saturday. They played to a draw too, finishing 0-0 against Crean Lutheran. The result (or lack thereof) marked Esperanza's first draw of the season.

Esperanza's draw makes their record 7-1-1 this season. As for Sonora, they moved theirs to 8-3-3.
