Blanco had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Brady Bulldogs with a sharp 58-36 win. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Blanco's record is now 13-5. As for Brady, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Blanco is set to face off against their familiar foe Florence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Brady will take on rival Ingram Moore at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
