Soccer Recap: Vintage Comes Up Short

After flying high against Napa last Friday, Vintage came back down to earth. The Vintage Crushers came up short against the Casa Grande Gauchos on Tuesday, falling 4-1. The Crushers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Maia Goss, who's now up to seven this season.

Vintage's loss dropped their record down to 11-1. As for Casa Grande, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Vintage didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Justin-Siena on the 13th. As for Casa Grande, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Napa on the 13th.
