North Cobb is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Cherokee on Tuesday, but Cherokee came as close as anyone has to beating them. North Cobb came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Cherokee. The three-run effort marked North Cobb's lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

North Cobb's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Cherokee, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Cobb is set to square off against their familiar foe Marietta at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cherokee will face off against rival Wheeler at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
