Soccer Recap: Campbell Hall Takes a Loss

Campbell Hall entered their match against Windward on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Campbell Hall Vikings fell just short of the Windward Wildcats by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 513th, while the Wildcats are ranked 130th).

This is the second loss in a row for Campbell Hall and nudges their season record down to 3-3-2. As for Windward, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Campbell Hall will host Archer School for Girls at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Windward has already played their next game (against Viewpoint), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
