Soccer Recap: Quincy Gets the Win

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Quincy brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Their defense stepped up to hand Non Varsity Opponent a 7-0 shutout on Thursday. It was an even better day for Madeline Blaufuss as she scored four goals for her team.

Quincy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

Quincy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Whittell at 4:00 p.m. on September 17. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next game, a 7-0 victory against LaVergne on the 28th.
