Soccer Recap: Livermore Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Livermore was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They came up short against the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons, falling 7-1. The Cowboys were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dragons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

Livermore's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bishop O'Dowd, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Livermore has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Amador Valley on the 11th. As for Bishop O'Dowd, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Acalanes on the 9th.
