Soccer Recap: Westside Gets the Win

Westside's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-3 win over the Hephzibah Rebels. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Patriots' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Hephzibah with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jonathan Cruz (2), Ashton Lindsay (2), and Ian Williams.

Westside's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Hephzibah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
