The matchup between Rocky Grove and Commodore Perry on Monday hardly resembled the 28-24 effort from their previous meeting. The Rocky Grove Orioles took a 62-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Commodore Perry Panthers. One positive for the Orioles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Commodore Perry was led to victory by Eastin Post and Bella Saxe. Post dropped a double-double on 20 points and 18 boards, while Saxe almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine rebounds. Post has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Evalyn Furey was another key player, putting up 12 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Rocky Grove's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Commodore Perry, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.

Rocky Grove has already played their next match (against East Forest), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Commodore Perry will square off against Saegertown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
