Soccer Recap: Anderson Valley Takes a Loss

After flying high against Technology on Friday, Anderson Valley came back down to earth. The Panthers took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calistoga Wildcats on Tuesday. Anderson Valley haven't had much luck with Calistoga recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Anderson Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-13-1. As for Calistoga, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Anderson Valley will take on rival Sonoma Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Calistoga is set to square off against their familiar foe Point Arena at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
