Soccer Game Preview: Westmoor vs. El Camino

Westmoor hasn't had much luck against El Camino recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Westmoor Rams are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the El Camino Colts at 6:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Westmoor is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against San Jose back in December of 2024. Westmoor fell just short of San Jose by a score of 1-0. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, El Camino was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to San Mateo. That's two games in a row now that the Colts have lost by exactly eight goals.

Westmoor's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for El Camino, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7-1.

Westmoor might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from El Camino when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Can Westmoor avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
