Paris had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Scotland County on Saturday. The Coyotes were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Coyotes, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Paris' win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Scotland County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-7.

Paris does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Scotland County, they will challenge Highland at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
