Softball Recap: Dacula Falls to Prince Avenue Christian in First Game of Season

Dacula had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 9-4 to the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolverines apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Tatiana Loera made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Karsyn Plaisance, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Coincidentally, Dacula and Prince Avenue Christian will both be playing Monroe Area the next time they take the field. The Wolverines will head out to face the Purple Hurricanes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
