Skyline's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against the Valley Vista Monsoon by a score of 8-3. The Coyotes haven't had any issues with the Monsoon recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Skyline back to even at 3-3. As for Valley Vista, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so the Coyotes' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
