Basketball Preview: Tri-Valley Bulldogs vs. Mahanoy Area Golden Bears
Tri-Valley hasn't had much luck against Mahanoy Area recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Tri-Valley Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Mahanoy Area's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 49-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Executive Education Academy Charter School. The Golden Bears were up 27-11 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.
Tri-Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Mahanoy Area, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.
