Softball Recap: Heritage Hawks vs. Flint River Academy Wildcats

Heritage was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Flint River Academy on Tuesday. The Hawks were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over the Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-2 on September 2nd.

Izabella Sewell was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Abby Dunlap was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one double.

Heritage was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
