Baseball Recap: Hill-Murray Comes Up Short

Hill-Murray lost to Benilde-St. Margaret back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pioneers fell 10-6 to the Red Knights. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hill-Murray's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Benilde-St. Margaret's, they moved to 5-9 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hill-Murray will host Providence Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The Pioneers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season. As for Benilde-St. Margaret's, they will be playing at home against DeLaSalle at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
