After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last five contests, Aquinas finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to the Harlem Bulldogs. The Fightin' Irish's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Aquinas saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Sherry, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Aquinas' loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Harlem, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 19-0.

While Aquinas had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
