Softball Recap: Oskaloosa Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Oskaloosa's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Norwalk Warriors on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, with their most recent defeat being a 9-0 loss back in June.

Oskaloosa's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-21. As for Norwalk, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 33-7 record this season.

Oskaloosa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Norwalk, they will face off against North Scott on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 2.9, the Lancers 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
