Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Landmark Christian

While Landmark Christian put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Fellowship Christian. The War Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Paladins, sneaking past 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for the War Eagles, who have now won three matches in a row.

The result came thanks to Taylor Casson's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up 11 Ks. He also tossed two walks, which is notable because Landmark Christian is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 5-9 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Connor Eberhart was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

The win got Landmark Christian back to even at 9-9. As for Fellowship Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.
