Soccer Recap: Danville Comes Up Short

The Danville Bears didn't have quite enough to beat the Fairfield Trojans on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Danville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Fairfield, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3-2.

Coming up, Danville will head out on the road to challenge Wapello at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Danville are facing Wapello at the right time seeing as Wapello are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Fairfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Madison at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
