Basketball Game Preview: Knight Hawks vs. Serrano Diamondbacks

The Knight Hawks will square off against the Serrano Diamondbacks at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Knight is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.3 points per game this season.

Two weeks ago, Knight blew past Littlerock, posting a 69-18 victory. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 25 points or more this season.

Knight found their leader in sophomore Kailah Holley, who went 5 of 8 on her way to 10 points along with seven assists and seven steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Beautiful Mcbride, who went 7 for 16 on her way to 15 points.

Knight was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Serrano can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They wrapped up 2024 with a 37-22 win over Monrovia.

Knight's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Serrano, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.
