Soccer Game Preview: Grand Terrace vs. Carter

Grand Terrace and Carter are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2021, but likely not for long. The Grand Terrace Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Carter Lions at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.

Grand Terrace is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Rialto just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Titans couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Carter was forced to settle for a draw. They and Colton finished up their contest with a 4-4 draw on Friday.

Carter's draw gives them a new season record of 10-5-1. As for Grand Terrace, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3.

Grand Terrace came up short against Carter in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 2-0. Can Grand Terrace avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
