Basketball Recap: Downtown Magnets Takes a Loss

Downtown Magnets was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 30-15 to the Animo Bunche Stallions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Suns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 24-18 back in January.

Downtown Magnets' loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Animo Bunche, they moved to 5-9 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Downtown Magnets does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Animo Bunche, they will venture away from home to square off against Central City Value at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Central City Value's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Animo Bunche has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
