Dawson County's found some homefield redemption this week after a  overtime loss to North Hall on Thursday. Everything went the Tigers' way against the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans as they made off with  a  14-6 victory. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six  runs or more this season.
 Madison Dudney looked comfortable as she  pitched 3.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than one  hit in three consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Sadie Dotson, who  went 3-for-4 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.  Calli Edwards also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  double of the season.
Dawson County pushed their record up to 21-9 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Greater Atlanta Christian, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-21 record  this season.
As of now, neither Dawson County nor Greater Atlanta Christian have any future games scheduled.
