Ventura waltzed into their contest on Saturday with 24 straight wins... but they left with 25. They really took it to the Santa Barbara Dons for the full four quarters, racking up a 75-32 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 22 points or more this season.

Leading Ventura to victory were Brinley Anderson and Kailee Staniland. Anderson dropped a double-double on 28 points and 13 rebounds, while Staniland went 12 for 20 on her way to 32 points along with six assists and three steals. Staniland has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sofia Martinez, who posted six points and five boards.

Ventura smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive matchups.

Ventura pushed their record up to 26-2 with the victory, which was their 13th straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Santa Barbara, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.
