Basketball Recap: Harrisburg Comes Up Short

Harrisburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 47-43 heartbreaker at the hands of the Chambersburg Trojans. The contest was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Cougars couldn't quite close it out.

Harrisburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Chambersburg, their win ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-9.

Harrisburg has already played their next game (against State College), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chambersburg will challenge Cumberland Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chambersburg has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
